I think of Roberto's as MY jewelry store. Great service and friendly, go-out-of-her-way-for-you owner. A nice selection. I have bought a couple of beautiful rings there.

Roberto's is the best Jeweler Benicia has ever had. The owner Pat Is the best very helpful friendly and loves to engage with her customers. She is always happy and loves to laugh. She can make any Rings etc from your design. They also can replace watch batteries. They have a repair man that does wonders.🤗🌷

Outstanding prices and customer service. I've been doing business with them since 2008 when I purchased my wife's wedding ring. They searched for the perfect diamond for her and then had her ring made. All our jewelry from that day forward has been purchased from Roberto's. Highly recommend.

Wonderful small town jeweler. Their jewelry is very well priced and displayed. I have seen some one of a kind antique style jewelry and they also have some more modern pieces as well. Pat is the sweetest lady ever and is so very kind and helpful in describing all of their lovely jewelry. They are making a pendent for me now but unfortunately I brought it in before they had to temporarily close due to quarantine but pat has thoroughly helped me design this piece and gave amazing suggestions so I know it’s in good hands and it will be amazing once it’s done. I’ll be sure to take some pictures of it and add the extra star once I receive it. Update: received pictures of the pendant and it is extremely beautiful. Can’t wait to pick it up soon. Thanks Robertos you guys are amazing!!

My wife and I bought our wedding rings here. We were referred by my longtime friend, Tony, who spent much of his life in the jewelry business. Roberto was a premier jewelry wholesaler who sold to the local jewelry stores. Sadly, Roberto is no longer with us, but his wife Pat still runs the store with some beautiful Italian jewelry that my wife chose and the modern titanium band I was looking for. Pat is the sweetest jewelry store owner you will ever know. She gives you all the time you need and doesn't push anything on you. She has great knowledge on cleaning and care of your jewelry and was very accommodating in getting the ring sized and has lots of tools she can use for hard to fit fingers and to keep the ring straight on your fingers.

When you are looking for reliable, honest and quality, Roberto's Jewelry is the place. We have had rings enlarged/shortened, watches repaired, (including a Swiss watch that took 12 years before finding a place that would fix it for good), broken jewelry repaired and consistently have received honest recommendations (even to say, you may not want this done...) and prices, quality services and kind service.
